Critical to preparing conclusions and recommendations for geotechnical engineering projects, laboratory testing must be completed with the highest level of quality control. Therefore, to support our services, Princeton Hydro has established a geotechnical laboratory to provide in-house testing to ensure compliance with ASTM and AASHTO laboratory testing standards.

Princeton Hydro's laboratory can perform a wide array of geotechnical testing, including grain size analysis, Atterberg or Placticity Indices, consolidation testing, compaction testing (Standard and Modified Proctor), California Bearing Ratio, concrete strength testing, and organic content to name a few. Our engineers and technicians are available to complete field testing for soil compaction, earthwork placement, concrete sample collection and asphaltic testing.

In addition, Princeton Hydro has the latest equipment to complete laboratory or in-field infiltration testing for proposed and existing stormwater facilities to comply with the latest Best Management Practices required by various State agencies under the Phase II Stormwater Management regulations.
