Assistant Coordinator - Field Operations

ASSISTANT COORDINATOR, FIELD OPERATIONS

Princeton Hydro, LLC seeks a full-time Assistant Coordinator to join our fast-paced, quickly-growing, Aquatics Field Operations Team, located in our Field Office & Equipment and Machine Storage Facility in Ringoes, NJ.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The ideal candidate should be a problem-solver and team player. Applicants must have 2+ years of experience in basic accounting, business administration, or customer service field, and have a variety of skills that allow for adaptation to the diverse range of activities required for job performance.

Responsibilities for this position include:

  • Process in-house charges such as copies, truck usage, and postage 
  • Assist with credit card reconciliations and vouchering 
  • Maintain vendor files and assist with accounting files 
  • Collect, record, and file all weekly employee timesheets 
  • Assist with archive file management 
  • Ability to adapt to task changes associated with workload 
  • Assist in scheduling and allocation of staff duties 
  • Assist with contacting clients, providing status reports and updates to clients 
  • Assist in general management of the office 
  • Assist in other departments as needed/requested by Management 
The ideal candidate should have a proactive attitude, a positive and enthusiastic approach to their workday, the ability to work as a team, and the ability to work closely with, be mentored by, and effectively communicate with other administrative and technical staff.
 
 
EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • High school diploma or equivalent Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail 
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively 2-3 years relevant experience in the Administrative/Business field 
  • Highly proficient in MS Word & MS Excel 
  • High level of accuracy and good proofing skills 
  • Keen mathematical skills to carry out financial tasks that require quick and exact calculations 
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills, with ability to communicate and interact effectively by phone and email 
  • Works well independently and as a member of a team
