Mary L. Paist-Goldman, PE

Mary has nearly 15 years of experience in water resources engineering, specializing in stormwater management, stream restoration and stabilization, dam removal, wetland mitigation, wastewater management, and regulatory compliance. She routinely develops, adapts, and troubleshoots hydrologic and hydraulic models for all project types for a wide range of industry standard software. In addition, she is highly skilled in the development and assessment of pollutant loading models. Mary also routinely designs wetland mitigation and restoration projects in both fluvial and estuarine environments working hand in hand with the company's restoration ecologists. She is highly skilled in the design, permitting, and construction of a variety of stormwater and wastewater management systems with an emphasis on low impact development and green infrastructure.

Mary has been actively involved in regulatory compliance since the beginning of her career and is an expert in navigating the NJDEP Flood Hazard Area Rules. she also has extensive experience in dealing with NJDEP including Division of Land Use Regulation, Bureau of Nonpoint Pollution Control, and the Bureau of Dam Safety and Flood Control. Mary also has extensive experience in addressing compliance issues for dams from low to high hazard throughout New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.

In her spare time, Mary enjoys hiking with her husband and taking her two young sons on nature walks and out in the field to see the construction of projects she has designed.
