Princeton Hydro regularly provides comprehensive support for dredging projects of all sizes. Our staff has engineered, permitted and overseen the implementation of dredging projects ranging from 1,000 cubic yards to over 75,000 cubic yards.
Bathymetric surveys conducted using a dual frequency sounder are used to map existing water depths and quantify the volume and thickness of accumulated sediments. We also design and implement sediment sampling programs to ascertain the geotechnical and analytical parameters of sediment, and subsequently determine disposal options and costs. Our AASHTO certified soils lab can evaluate all the physical attributes of lake and pond sediments.
