Robert George, PWS

Robert is a Project Manager in the Natural Resources Practice Area who provides technical expertise in environmental toxicology, wetland ecology, wildlife surveys, permitting and compliance for a variety of federal, state, and municipal ecological restoration projects. Robert possesses over twelve years of experience as a natural scientist. Previous to Princeton Hydro, he spent five years working in a laboratory at the University of Pennsylvania and 1.5 years as a Research Fellow for the U.S. Forest Service, where he studied the disease ecology of two common North American arthropod vectors, Ixodes scapularis and Amblyomma americanum.  Robert received a Bachelor of Science from Delaware Valley University for Wildlife Biology and a Master of Science from the University of Pennsylvania in Population Biology.  His Master Degree thesis employed mtDNA barcode technology to examine the population genetics of three species of Ephemeroptera.

Robert is a certified Professional Wetland Scientist and member of the Society of Wetland Scientists, Ecological Society of America, and Society of Environmental Toxicology and Chemistry.  For leisure, Robert prefers time in the outdoors: hunting, fishing, hiking, and kayaking.
