Debbie D'Aleo

Debbie is a highly-skilled senior executive administrative assistant who has provided a wide range of support services to Princeton Hydro for over 15 years.  She has exceptional organizational and communication skills, and is a wizard at ensuring that all application deadlines are met and work is completed correctly.  Debbie’s ability to juggle multiple projects with superb accuracy bodes well when she assists project managers in permitting applications and recordings, proof reading documents, and researching prospective proposals/bids.  Debbie is a Notary Public, Bid and RFP document specialist, and media specialist.  She also plans office events and charity drives, and coordinates travel arrangements for a staff of 50.  She relies on her experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals and tasks.

Debbie graduated Cum Laude from Raritan Valley Community College, where she earned her degree in Marketing. With high academic standing, Debbie finished on the Dean’s List and was recruited to join Phi Theta Kappa, Alpha Beta Gamma, and Sigma Kappa Delta honor societies. 

Outside the office, Debbie enjoys gallivanting with her eight grandchildren, gardening, cooking, crafting home improvement projects, and playing with her Maltese dog Rubin.
