Mark Gallagher

As a founding partner of Princeton Hydro, Mark oversees all wetland and terrestrial ecology projects for our firm. He is highly experienced in the design and implementation of wetland mitigation projects, the preparation of environmental impact statements, and the preparation of state and federal permit applications, with a comprehensive familiarity of pertinent administrative and policy directives of federal and state regulatory agencies. Mark has managed the implementation of wetland restoration plans for several Superfund projects, areas with acid-producing soils and sites with other special site considerations.

He has written numerous environmental impact assessments for a wide range of projects and, as part of larger projects, Mark has completed the survey and assessment of habitats at numerous development sites for threatened and endangered species. He regularly provides expert testimony regarding the potential impacts to natural resources.
